Spending a moment with us is to broaden a relationship of trust between the company and you. For the moment, home sales are only made in the Lille metropolitan area (see table) (France).

For all sales a minimum number of participants is required depending on the city (refer to the table below).

All requests must be made initially by email (chicanimaux@gmail.com) or via the contact form on the site. It is important to fill in your complete contact information, last name, first name, city, telephone number and time zone where you are reachable. CHICANIMAUX will contact you within 48 hours to set your needs, the animals targeted for sale and the date of the home sale.

For a better organization all home sales will be spaced by 3 days.

When selling in a meeting, it is preferable that your companions be present in order to be able to try the articles. The essays are performed only under the supervision of the merchant.
Only cash is accepted. Invoices are sent by email within 24 hours following the meeting. Payments by credit card is in progress do not hesitate to inquire.
The conditions of retraction remain the same as for the site CHICANIMAUX (to refer to the right of retraction article n ° 8 of the general conditions of sales).

Any cancellation of the sale must be made 24 hours in advance.
